Bell Techlogix Tech Cafés provide easy-to-use and friendly walk-up support for employees at your organization’s primary location, campus setting, or remote location. Tech Cafés are typically located in building areas with hubs of activity, such as cafeterias, breakrooms, or lobbies, to provide an easy-to-access, centralized location for prime-hour support, walk-up break-fix support, device hot swaps, how-to support, and new hardware pickup. Scheduling options to make an appointment with a technician at the Tech Café are available through ServiceNow.
