Bell Techlogix Tech Cafés provide easy-to-use and friendly walk-up support for employees at your organization’s primary location, campus setting, or remote location. Tech Cafés are typically located in building areas with hubs of activity, such as cafeterias, breakrooms, or lobbies, to provide an easy to access, centralized location for prime-hour support, walk-up break-fix support, device hot swaps, how-to support, and new hardware pickup. Scheduling options to make an appointment with a technician at the Tech Café are available through ServiceNow. Additionally, Tech Cafes can be “pop-ups” to provide support for large conferences, device refreshes, and new device rollouts.

Bell Boxes, are completely customizable, smart vending solutions that provide your employees with instant access to essential technology tools 24x7x365. Smart lockers and smart vending machine options are available to provide your team with secure access to small peripherals like mice, cables, and earbuds, as well as larger devices like laptops, monitors, and keyboards.
