Ron S. Frankenfield, Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer of Bell Techlogix, Mr. Frankenfield oversees the corporate direction and strategy for the Indianapolis-based company. He joined Bell Techlogix in 2016 and brings more than 30 years of global outsourcing services and executive management experience to his role. Most recently, Mr. Frankenfield was President of the Unisys Enterprise Global Services business where he had overall leadership responsibility for strategic direction, delivery operations, and clients worldwide. He drove the IT services strategy and portfolio with a focus on specific growth enablers, including high quality of service, dedication to client intimacy, and leadership initiatives. Under Mr. Frankenfield’s direction, Unisys expanded their client base and portfolio, and they achieved industry-wide recognition. In prior leadership roles, Mr. Frankenfield has held executive positions at SAP and at Egenera, a privately-held virtualization company. Mr. Frankenfield holds a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University.
Allen McMichael, Senior Vice President of Cloud and Infrastructure Services
Mr. McMichael has more than 20 years of experience in IT and oversees Infrastructure Services for Bell Techlogix, including Digital Command Center, Cloud Services, Workstation Management, Mobility, and Engineering. Mr. McMichael joined Bell Techlogix in 2020 with broad industry experience in building processes for managing complex environments, providing infrastructure operational excellence and leveraging leading automation technologies and cloud strategies to maximize the most value for clients. Mr. McMichael's most recent role was Global Head of Cloud Infrastructure Managed Services Operations at Unisys. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from American InterContinental University.
Scott Vogel, Senior Vice President of Client Services and Sales
As Vice President of Client Services & Sales for Bell Techlogix, Mr. Vogel is responsible for the management of existing client relationships as well as helping drive new business for Bell Techlogix. He brings extensive experience in IT managed services to his role at the Indianapolis-based company. Most recently, Mr. Vogel held several senior roles at Unisys including the Vice President of North America Managed Services role where he lead his team in successfully providing IT services and solutions for businesses globally. Mr. Vogel holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Dale Dye, Senior Vice President of Digital Workplace Services
Mr. Dye leads our Service Desk and Deskside Services in an integrated, end-to-end, global service. His responsibilities include the critical functions for corporate-wide training and recruiting, focused on attracting top-tier talent and making Bell Techlogix an employer of choice. Mr. Dye has extensive industry experience in digital workplace services with a strong aptitude for driving productivity with processes, tools, and automation, ultimately achieving high client satisfaction levels . In previous roles, Mr. Dye has successfully led global service desk operations for both ADP and Unisys prior to joining Bell Techlogix. Mr. Dye is a proud veteran, having served our country in the United States Army. He is passionate about veteran and military spouse initiatives and has been instrumental - past and present - in developing and implementing programs to recruit, train, and retain veterans and military spouses.
Chris Avery, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Avery is responsible for all security and technology hardware and software, from design to implementation through steady state operations. Mr. Avery owns Infrastructure Management, End Point, and Asset Management, as well as our Information Security Practice. He leads a talent-rich team of engineering resources dedicated to delivering secure IT operations for Bell Techlogix and our clients. His team’s creativity and focus on cloud, hybrid environments, remote infrastructure management, and digital workplace strategies sets Bell Techlogix apart in the marketplace and uniquely positions us to innovate for our clients.
Shawn Moore, Vice President of Global Field Services
As Vice President of Global Field Services, Mr. Moore is responsible for Deskside Services and IT Asset Management. Mr. Moore has more than 17 years of experience in process management and production improvement, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. He has led hundreds of employees to provide creative, forward-thinking, and clearly-defined strategies that drive revenue and solve complex sales, operations, and internal challenges. Mr. Moore holds a bachelor’s degree and a MBA, with honors, from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
Ami Hall, Vice President of Human Resources
Ms. Hall is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy for Bell Techlogix, including attracting and developing the best talent, as well as establishing a high-performance culture to empower employees and accelerate continued business growth. Ms. Hall has 20 years of progressive HR experience across a broad range of functional areas, including global talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training/leadership development. Prior to joining Bell Techlogix, Ms. Hall was the HR Director for BioStorage Technologies, providing global HR Business Partner support to the fast-growing life sciences business which later became a division of Brooks Automation. Ms. Hall served as the strategic Human Resources Business Partner for the Brooks Life Sciences Services and Informatics Division, supporting the organization through substantial growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Hall serves as Vice President of the Board of the Directors for the Global Orphan Foundation and has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Indiana University and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.
Jack Mansfield, Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy
As Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy, Mr. Mansfield works to architect solutions and innovative strategies for current and prospective clients. Throughout his 10+ year career at Bell Techlogix, Mr. Mansfield has been a thought leader in the organization and has been engaged in all facets of service delivery for our clients, from service design, to transition, to service operations, to continuous service improvement, and ultimately to architecting strategies for the digital workplace. Mr. Mansfield holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College, where he gained experience in multiple facets of IT operations including development, desktop support, and network infrastructure.
Marc Othersen, Chief Information Security Officer
As the CISO for Bell Techlogix, Mr. Othersen is responsible for our risk management strategy, planning, and implementation of all security policies, procedures, and controls that provide Bell Techlogix and our clients with compliant and auditable practices that meet and exceed industry standards. Our clients in healthcare, finance, defense, and other regulated industries continue to be challenged with increasing levels of compliance through HITRUST, CMS, HIPPA, NIST, FedRAMP, PII, PCI. In turn, Bell Techlogix continues to raise our commitment to the security of our clients’ information security needs. Mr. Othersen most recently has been an advisor to corporate CISOs and boards, providing guidance and perspectives on strategic information security matters. He has managed information security programs for companies such as Eli Lilly, Hess Corporation, LyondellBasell, and META Security Group. Mr. Othersen has served on several advisory boards for information security technology companies and is an active speaker at key industry and information security events.
Hollie Doyle, Vice President of Service Operations
As Vice President of Service Operations, Ms. Doyle is responsible for managing service quality, analytics, customer satisfaction, and training across Bell Techlogix. In this role, Ms. Doyle oversees the development of best practices, operational efficiencies, training, and reporting – both directly for our customers and our internal operations. Ms. Doyle also has a particular focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness in all cross-functional areas of our business. Given her strong managed services experience, Ms. Doyle serves as the executive sponsor for a number of our larger clients. Ms. Doyle comes to Bell Techlogix with 13 years of experience in the industry, with particular expertise in process development, project management, and transitions. She has worked with clients from a variety of industries and champions relationship sales and service delivery. Ms. Doyle has held key leadership roles in several companies, and she is consistently ranked as a top people leader because of her ability to communicate vision and action to the teams she leads. Ms. Doyle holds a bachelor’s degree from Utah State University.
