Ron S. Frankenfield, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Bell Techlogix, Mr. Frankenfield oversees the corporate direction and strategy for the Indianapolis-based company. He joined Bell Techlogix in 2016 and brings more than 30 years of global outsourcing services and executive management experience to his role.

Most recently, Mr. Frankenfield was President of the Unisys Enterprise Global Services business where he had overall leadership responsibility for strategic direction, delivery operations, and clients worldwide. He drove the IT Services strategy and portfolio with a focus on specific growth enablers, including high quality of service, dedication to client intimacy and leadership initiatives. Under Mr. Frankenfield’s direction Unisys expanded their client base and portfolio and achieved industry-wide recognition.

In prior leadership roles, Mr. Frankenfield has held executive positions at SAP and at Egenera, a privately held virtualization company. Mr. Frankenfield holds a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University.

Glenn Daniel, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Bell Techlogix, Mr. Daniel oversees all customer and internal delivery components for ongoing business operations and ensures operational efficiencies across the Indianapolis-based company.  He brings extensive experience in operations management, global best business practices, strategic planning, services pricing and contracting as well as, risk management to his role. Mr. Daniel has held senior level positions at EDS, CapGemini and Unisys. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from William Jewell College, where he was trained in business management prior to beginning his career at EDS.

Brenda Lichtenberg, Sr. Vice President of Strategy and Portfolio

As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Portfolio, Mrs. Lichtenberg oversees the strategy, development and direction of company market requirements for specific solutions, offerings, capabilities, and assets. Her span of responsibilities include pre-sale efforts, operational and service delivery initiatives and leading the end-to-end proposal process for the Indianapolis-based company. She brings extensive experience in overall company and portfolio strategy to her role. Most recently, Mrs. Lichtenberg held several senior roles at Unisys managing a variety of global service management, Architecture and integration teams. She led the development and evolution of the Digital Support Services Center offerings and portfolio which focused specifically on service desk solutions including self-help, self-heal, knowledge management, end-to-end automation and analytics. She was instrumental in providing guidance and oversight to and for the delivery of differentiated and profitable solutions. Leveraging user personas, combining market analysis, end user feedback and development knowledge, she has delivered world-class solutions to the market.  Mrs. Lichtenberg attended Inver Hills College majoring in Business Communications.

Scott Vogel, Vice President of Client Services and Sales

As Vice President of Client Services & Sales for Bell Techlogix, Mr. Vogel is responsible for the management of existing client relationships as well as helping drive new business for Bell Techlogix. He brings extensive experience in IT managed services to his role at the Indianapolis-based company.  Most recently, Mr. Vogel held several senior roles at Unisys including the Vice President of North America Managed Services role where he lead his team in successfully providing IT services and solutions for businesses globally. Mr. Vogel holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Jack Mansfield, Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy

As Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy, Mr. Mansfield works to architect solutions and innovative strategies for current and prospective clients. Throughout his 10+ year career at Bell Techlogix, Mr. Mansfield has been a thought leader in the organization and has been engaged in all facets of delivering service for our clients, from Service Design to Transition, to Service Operations to Continuous Service Improvement and ultimately to Architecting Strategies for the Digital Workplace. Mr. Mansfield holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College, where he gained experience in multiple facets of IT operations including development, desktop support, and network infrastructure prior to working for Bell Techlogix.

Mark Begle, Controller

As Controller of Bell Techlogix, Mr. Begle oversees all accounting functions for the company.  He joined Bell Techlogix in 1996 as Assistant Controller, and was named Controller in 1999. Previously, Mr. Begle held the position of North American Sales Accounting Manager and Chief Accountant for Lennox Industries in Dallas, TX and Columbus, OH. Prior to joining Lennox, he served as Financial Reporting Manager for Highland Resources in Houston, TX. Mr. Begle holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University.

Kathleen Gilmore, Vice President of Administration and Human Resources

As Vice President of Administration and Human Resources, Mrs. Gilmore is responsible for the development and integration of human resource programs to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. She joined Bell Techlogix in 1995 and brings over 20 years of Human Resources & Organizational Development experience to her role. In addition to her experience in HR & HRD, Mrs. Gilmore has also worked in hospitality, training, and finance. She led her own business practice for 10 years and worked with leading Fortune 500 companies such as Eli Lilly & Co, Dow AgroSciences, and Proctor and Gamble. Mrs. Gilmore is certified in SPHR, SHRP, and SHRM–SCP.  She is also IT Project Management Certified, certified to Train Situational Service and Situational Leadership and is an ISO Quality Auditor.
