How do you think we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for women in the workplace?
Continue to focus on skills and abilities when assessing job candidates. Create an environment that promotes women in the internal organization. Recognize women for their contributions so that other women may be inspired to follow the same path.
What are some of the achievements or contributions you are most proud of in your career?
I have made tremendous contributions in my 23 years at Bell Techlogix. From software design to automations and now AI integrations, I continue to innovate and succeed.
How can we all work together to empower and uplift women in the workplace and beyond?
View each other from a standpoint of contribution. What does that person bring to the table? How does that person inspire me to show up and do a better job. Judge from the inside. Mentor young ladies and show them that anything is possible with tenacity, knowledge and trust that the culture is changing. Persevere and never give up no matter what you encounter.
