Edwin has always enjoyed being “a fixer.” It started as a boy watching adults work on vehicles hoping to be asked to hand over a tool or help with a repair, and later as an Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) mechanic in the U.S. Marines. Today, the veteran is combining his skills as a leader and problem solver to fix complex technology issues for clients as a Field Services Manager at Bell Techlogix.
Based in Jacksonville, Fla., Edwin sets standards and recommends improvements and efficiencies for several Bell Techlogix clients. It is a job he loves because of the variety and challenges. He says many of those challenges are solved through collaboration with colleagues.
“We’re very relational at Bell Techlogix,” says Edwin, who works remotely from Jacksonville, Fla. “We are not about titles, and people get in the trenches with you to resolve issues for clients. It’s that togetherness that drives us as a company to make things better for our clients.”

“It’s less about me and more about honoring my brothers – those who came before and laid down their lives for our country and those who served with me.”
