Employee Spotlight: Nicole Williams-Molin, Payroll Manager

Nicole has spent most of her career in payroll and human resources, even working for her alma mater Marian University prior to joining Bell Techlogix. Nicole says she enjoys working at Bell Techlogix was drawn to the company for its commitment to diversity and career growth.  Here's more about Nicole: 

Fun Fact: I am a roller skater. 

Hobbies: Outside of work, I like to travel and experience different cultures, roller skate (of course), and go to museums.  

Inspiration: My daughter, my husband, and my mother are key inspirations for me. Being open to more knowledge and new experiences allows me to evolve as I navigate this thing called life.  Ever since my daughter took her first breath, I knew I wanted to be the best that I could be for her. I want to give her a positive example so that she too can develop a drive for growth in whatever she sees fit.  My husband and my mother have been and are the rocks in my life. They inspire me to want to go as far as I want and can in life.
