Strengthening Diversity & Inclusion in Tech

Now more than ever, companies are embracing the importance of diversity in the workplace. As the technology industry continues to experience job and business growth, how can we continue to elevate our commitment to creating spaces that are inclusive?

Bell Techlogix recently hosted a virtual event with Indy CIO Network about diversity and inclusion and strategies for ongoing improvement.

Pippa Mann, IndyCar Driver, was the keynote speaker. She shared her experiences as a female race car driver in a male-dominated industry.

The panel discussion was moderated by Jack Mansfield, Vice President Digital Workplace Strategy, Bell Techlogix. Panelists were: Ami Hall – Vice President, Human Resources, Bell Techlogix Angela B. Freeman - President, Women & Hi Tech and Intellectual Property and Patent Attorney, Barnes & Thornburg LLP Holli Harrington – Director of Supplier Diversity, Indianapolis Airport Authority and Board Member of the City-County Information Technology Board Lori Ball – Chief Operating Officer, BioIVT.
