Optimize your business strategy: Bell Techlogix hosts virtual event with Indy CIO Network

Enhancing trust through strong communication was the focus of a virtual event Bell Techlogix hosted recently with Indy CIO Network, a networking group for Central Indiana CIOs and Senior IT Leaders. The event featured keynote speaker Patricia Saint, Founder of Aha Coaching and Consulting, LLC  and a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Global IT Project Management Office (PMO) and a Team Coach at Roche Diagnostics.

Saint discussed Coversation Intelligence (C-IQ) which is the hardwired and learnable ability to connect, navigate and grow with others. This communication skill enables honest, healthy, sustainable, and resilient business relationships.  Among the highlights of Saint's presentation was the neuroscience behind how we communicate and build trust along with the three levels of communication.
