As the USP managed services partner, Bell Techlogix customized an ITIL framework to help the organization achieve this goal. By implementing ServiceNow, USP can experience the highest level of productivity with enhanced workflows and streamlined operations. ServiceNow, along with SmartInsights, provides productivity analysis in real-time, and in various formats, to help the operations team determine where work streams should be adjusted.

Bell Techlogix implementation is based on best practices within the multiple service towers: 24/7 Service Desk, Deskside Services, IT Asset Management, Unified Endpoint Management, ServiceNow Support, ITIL Implementation, Application Normalization and Packaging.

Bell Techlogix also enhanced new employee onboarding and computer hardware inventory. Full-time new employees in the U.S. experience an automated onboarding program – a new format offered at USP. Soon, a similar process will be implemented for employees in India along with contractors, consultants, and temps. Bell Techlogix specialists are assisting in refreshing computer hardware throughout the enterprise in efforts to maintain comprehensive warranty coverage with keep costs down. Our team provided USP with an outlook of current hardware in the environment and warranty status along with recommended options for refreshing computer hardware well into 2022.
