Today, Bell Techlogix is a full Information Technology Outsource provider supporting Calgon Carbon in 35 locations in 13 countries with over 1,500 users. Over 20,700 annual contacts have been supported by the Bell Techlogix service desk.
One of the most significant implementations is ServiceNow, which provides full ITIL service management capability across Calgon Carbon. The ServiceNow platform creates a foundation for automation and analytics to ensure continuous improvement throughout the enterprise. In addition to ServiceNow, Bell Techlogix specialists developed strategies to improve service desk delivery, governance processes, analytics, and the mail environment.
Among other solutions for Calgon Carbon are global service desk, field services, computing/network infrastructure, messaging and collaboration, SAP infrastructure, cybersecurity, end point services, service excellence, advanced analytics using SmartInsights.
