The Bell Techlogix team focused on standardizing the IT process for consumer services and reporting that lead to easier deployments of devices. A self-service knowledge base was developed and currently maintains 350 articles. Services were implemented to support top-tier clients to ensure a high-level of support.
At the start of business closings related to Covid-19, Bell Techlogix responded quickly to help staff adapt to a work-from-home environment. Bell Techlogix coordinated with our depot facility in Virginia to order devices and other equipment that was delivered to employee homes.
Self-service models were redesigned to enable employees to work more efficiently.
