Bell Techlogix releases inaugural DEIB report

Bell Techlogix is proud to release our inaugural Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Report focusing on internal metrics, DEIB comparisons in the IT industry, and opportunities for improvement. The DEIB report also sets benchmarks and outlines goals Bell Techlogix is taking to strengthen its diversity efforts both internally and in recruiting efforts.

"This report includes our commitment to make our workplace one in which we can have complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity & inclusion," said Ami Hall, Vice President of Human Resources for Bell Techlogix. "We continue to monitor and address any self-identified gaps in diverse hiring, equal pay, and promotion practices.
