National Customer Service Week is a great opportunity to say THANK YOU to the talented team of professionals at Bell Techlogix who serve and support clients and staff. This year has been monumental for Bell Techlogix, due in large part to the hard work of our staff. Ron Frankenfield, CEO at Bell Techlogix, shared a special message of gratitude to employees this week with the focus on the “Magic of Service.” Here’s an excerpt:
The theme “The Magic of Service” recognizes that good service is magical. Good service can turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied long-term customer. Good service can turn an occasional customer into a repeat customer. Good service can turn any customer into one of your biggest fans and advocates. It’s a powerful message for everyone to celebrate.
Our clients select and trust Bell Techlogix because we Deliver, Transform and Exceed. These three fundamental principles are the cornerstone of winning and retaining business. It continues to be a very exciting time for us as we continue to bring on new clients who are placing their trust in us to deliver on our promise “Good Service”, as well as partner with them to transform their business and bring innovation.
It is important that with each interaction you have with our clients, prospects and partners that you bring these core elements to the table. We all need to consistently position and differentiate our company to achieve growth and success.
