Golf phenom Alexa Pano, sponsored by Bell Techlogix, was interviewed about her recent win - her first on the LPGA tour - by Golf Channel Pano earned her maiden win at the ISPS Handa World Invitational on Aug. 20. She is sponsored by Bell Techlogix and displays the company logo on her cap during this year's LPGA tour.
"It's super exciting, but definitely feels a little weird and surreal," the 19-year-old Pano says about achieving a personal goal she wanted this year.
She tells Golf Digest that she felt great and prepared going into the tournament in Ireland and spoke her win into existence. "Maybe this should become a thing..I just predict all of the (wins)," she jokes during the interview.
During the interview, Pano also shares how she manages her early fame as one of the young golf prodigies featured in Netflix’s The Short Game. The documentary put Pano in the spotlight at age seven.
"It's inspired a lot of girls to start playing golf - and that's my favorite part ... getting to meet all of them."
