Aprimo Chooses Bell Techlogix for Fully Managed Service Desk and Infrastructure Monitoring and Management
Indianapolis, IN— (June 8, 2017) – Bell Techlogix, a leading IT managed services and solutions company, today announced a new engagement with Aprimo, a category-leading marketing operations software company.
When Aprimo was looking for a service provider to outsource their IT operations, they required a partner that could act fast, be flexible and grow with their company. Aprimo was going through a transition period after Aprimo acquired Chicago-based Revenew and Belgium-based ADAM Software, and needed to build their IT team, infrastructure and support from the ground up. They required someone they could build a relationship with to assist with future projects and ideally someone located in Indianapolis, which is where the majority of Aprimo IT resides.

Bell Techlogix provides an ITIL based, fully managed 24x7x365 Service Desk and Infrastructure Monitoring and Management for Aprimo from Bell Techlogix’s Global Command Center. Bell Techlogix is also working on the procurement, configuration and installation of Meraki network gear for Aprimo’s 6 global locations along with a variety of other client projects. The pipeline for the first half of 2017 has been planned out, and both companies are looking forward to a successful year and partnership moving forward.
