
Ron oversees the company’s direction and strategy to deliver world-class IT services to customers. Ron joined Bell Techlogix in 2016 and brings more than 30 years of global outsourcing services and executive management experience to his role. Under Ron’s direction, Bell Techlogix has earned industry-wide acclaim for its tailored approach to managed services. Prior to joining Bell Techlogix, Ron was president of the Unisys Enterprise Global Services business where he had overall leadership responsibility for strategic direction, delivery operations, and clients worldwide. Ron has held executive positions at SAP and Egenera, a privately held virtualization company. Ron is a graduate of Montclair State University with bachelor’s degree.

As Chief Financial Officer, Don is responsible for the finance, accounting, and treasury functions of Bell Techlogix, including working capital management, investment evaluation, expense management, and maintaining a strong control environment to drive sustained company growth and profitability. Don led the selection, testing, and implementation of a company-wide ERP and developed client centric tools to increase effectiveness across all business units. Don joined Bell Techlogix in 2018 and has over 30 years of experience in executive financial and operational roles within the information services and technology industry. He has been responsible for all areas of accounting, financial planning and analysis, corporate financial management, investor relations, and deal pricing. Prior to Bell Techlogix, Don was Vice President of Finance at Unisys Corporation, supporting several major business units. Don holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University School of Business.

As Chief Operating Officer, Elliott is responsible for managing all service delivery teams for Bell Techlogix and ensuring high-quality execution for all clients. Elliott is a dynamic leader with 15 years of delivery experience serving Healthcare, Finance, and Government clients. Most recently, before Bell Techlogix, Elliott was the Chief Information Officer for the City of Indianapolis & Marion County, where he was responsible for digital transformation initiatives and leading IT operations for the city.
Elliott is a University of Notre Dame graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.

Ami is responsible for optimizing the company's human resource talent by establishing and growing a culture of high performance to support business growth. She leads all aspects of human resources including employee retention and recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, policy, benefits and compensation management, and heads our Unify Committee focused on inclusion and diversity.
Prior to joining Bell Techlogix, Ami held the position of Director of Human Resources for BioStorage Technologies, providing Human Resources leadership to the fast-growing bio-banking business. As a member of BioStorage’s extended leadership team, she led the transformation of the company’s human resources practice, supporting substantial growth in U.S. Germany, and China. After the company’s acquisition by Brooks Life Sciences, Ami continued to serve as the Strategic Human Resources Business Partner for the Life Sciences Services and Informatics Division, supporting the organization through continued growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions.
Ami serves as a Legacy Leader for Pass the Torch for Women, a non-profit dedicated to supporting women throughout their careers with mentoring, networking and leadership training, as well as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for The Global Orphan Foundation, a non-profit focused on orphan care in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Ami holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Indiana University as well as a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Christopher Avery is an accomplished technologist and innovator, assisting in all aspects of IT Services from design, implementation, and ongoing operations of the latest technologies provided by leading OEM manufacturers such as Microsoft, Apple, and Cisco for over 20 years. As the Chief Technology Officer of Bell Techlogix, Chris works closely with operational leaders to ensure that technology is utilized cost-effectively and drives innovation across our clients. Additionally, he is responsible for our Cyber-Security and ServiceNow team. He leads a talent-rich team of engineering resources dedicated to delivering secure IT operations for Bell Techlogix and our clients. Chris works with our clients to build strategic roadmaps, host innovation sessions, and implement technology.

As Chief Legal Officer, Michelle is responsible for the legal function at Bell Techlogix, with a key focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Michelle also provides direction on compliance, ranging from privacy to labor law. The mission of the legal function at Bell Techlogix is to blend high performance with high integrity and sound risk management. Michelle joined Bell Techlogix in 2021 and brings over 15 years of global in-house legal experience in the technology space. Prior to joining Bell Techlogix, Michelle was Associate General Counsel for Sangoma, providing legal support in the unified communications industry. She also led the HR team for over 2 years. Prior to that, Michelle served as the General Counsel for Digium Inc., a privately held unified communications company. Michelle has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Alabama and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Road Recovery Foundation Inc.

As Chief AI Officer, Tim is responsible for shaping and driving Bell Techlogix's artificial intelligence strategy, building the intelligent systems and automation frameworks that help clients navigate and lead in an era of rapid technological change. He brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, enterprise operations, and emerging technology and a consistent track record of turning that experience into transformation.
Since joining Bell Techlogix, Tim has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President of Cloud and Infrastructure Services, where he oversaw Digital Command Center operations, Cloud Services, Workstation Management, Mobility, and Engineering. Earlier, as Director of Engineering Services, he designed and delivered highimpact technology projects while contributing to the company's growth through business development.
Before Bell Techlogix, Tim designed mission-critical network solutions for a medical informatics firm and founded his own systems integration company specializing in audiovisual automation, an early signal of his instinct to identify where technology is heading and build around it.
Tim holds a degree from Ivy Tech College and carries several top industry certifications. He is known for building the processes that bring clarity to complexity and for applying cloud strategy and intelligent automation in ways that create lasting value. As the company's first Chief AI Officer, he is focused on making sure Bell Techlogix and its clients are not just ready for what AI makes possible, but leading it.

As the CISO for Bell Techlogix, Marc is responsible for our risk management strategy, planning, and implementation of all security policies, procedures, and controls that provide Bell Techlogix and our clients with compliant and auditable practices that meet and exceed industry standards. Our clients in healthcare, finance, defense, and other regulated industries continue to be challenged with increasing levels of compliance through HITRUST, CMS, HIPPA, NIST, FedRAMP, PII, and PCI. In turn, Bell Techlogix continues to raise our commitment to the security of our clients’ information security needs. Marc most recently has been an advisor to corporate CISOs and boards, providing guidance and perspectives on strategic information security matters. He has managed information security programs for companies such as Eli Lilly, Hess Corporation, LyondellBasell, and META Security Group. Marc has served on several advisory boards for information security technology companies and is an active speaker at key industry and information security events.

As Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy, Jack works to architect solutions and innovative strategies for current and prospective clients. Throughout his 10+ year career at Bell Techlogix, Jack has been a thought leader in the organization and has been engaged in all facets of service delivery for our clients, from service design, to transition, to service operations, to continuous service improvement, and ultimately to architecting strategies for the digital workplace. Jack holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College, where he gained experience in multiple facets of IT operations including development, desktop support, and network infrastructure.

David McNamara is a seasoned leader in Managed Services with over 13 years of experience, specializing in end-user support and service operations. As Vice President of End User Services at Bell Techlogix, David oversees the company’s Service Desk, Deskside Services, IT Asset Management, and Depot Operations. In this role, David is responsible for strengthening Bell Techlogix’s delivery engine and elevating the end-user experience through operational excellence, innovation, and a client-first mindset.
Since joining Bell Techlogix in July 2021, David has spearheaded key initiatives that enhance service delivery focusing on shift-left strategies, ITIL best practices, and the integration of AI-driven technologies to optimize client support and efficiency.
David’s prior experience, he held leadership positions at organizations such as Sykes and Unisys, where he consistently delivered innovative solutions that improved operational performance and customer satisfaction.
David holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Bradley University, with a specialization in computer and microprocessor-based design. David is deeply committed to leveraging cuttingedge technologies and methodologies to meet the evolving needs of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value.

Azeem Niazi, is Vice President of Infrastructure and Cloud Services at Bell Techlogix, where he leads strategy, delivery, and growth across infrastructure, cloud, and managed services. He helps enterprise clients modernize technology environments, improve operational efficiency, and deliver reliable, scalable platforms for mission-critical operations.
With over 25 years of experience, Azeem has led high-performing teams across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise systems. He has served as Vice President of Engineering at Salesforce and previously held a Vice President role at Telamon, with earlier experience working at Oracle Corporation.
Azeem focuses on driving operational excellence through cloud transformation, automation, and AI-enabled operations, while aligning technology execution with business outcomes. Known for his collaborative and structured leadership style, he partners closely with clients to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-impact solutions.

As Managing Director of Bell Techlogix India, Jayakrishnan Sureshbabu (JK) is responsible for leading the company's strategic direction and growth in the region. He oversees the aspects of the company's operations in India, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Jayakrishnan is a champion of innovation, driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and optimize business processes. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Jayakrishnan is a seasoned leader with 21+ years of experience leading Global Delivery Teams across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NA. His areas of expertise include Digital Transformation, Data Solutions and Analytics, Service Delivery Management, Program/Project management, Operations Management, and Consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
