Ron S. Frankenfield, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Bell Techlogix, Mr. Frankenfield oversees the corporate direction and strategy for the Indianapolis-based company. He joined Bell Techlogix in 2016 and brings more than 30 years of global outsourcing services and executive management experience to his role.

Most recently, Mr. Frankenfield was President of the Unisys Enterprise Global Services business where he had overall leadership responsibility for strategic direction, delivery operations, and clients worldwide. He drove the IT Services strategy and portfolio with a focus on specific growth enablers, including high quality of service, dedication to client intimacy and leadership initiatives. Under Mr. Frankenfield’s direction Unisys expanded their client base and portfolio and achieved industry-wide recognition.

In prior leadership roles, Mr. Frankenfield has held executive positions at SAP and at Egenera, a privately held virtualization company. Mr. Frankenfield holds a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University.

Glenn Daniel, Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of Bell Techlogix, Mr. Daniel oversees all customer and internal delivery components for ongoing business operations and ensures operational efficiencies across the Indianapolis-based company.  He brings extensive experience in operations management, global best business practices, strategic planning, services pricing and contracting as well as, risk management to his role. Mr. Daniel has held senior level positions at EDS, CapGemini and Unisys. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from William Jewell College, where he was trained in business management prior to beginning his career at EDS.

Elizabeth K. Kubycheck, Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer for Bell Techlogix, Mrs. Kubycheck oversees the marketing strategies and communications initiatives for the Indianapolis-based company.  She brings over 16 years of executive leadership and management for corporate global marketing and communications experience to her role. Throughout her career, Mrs. Kubycheck has played a key role in developing international and domestic marketing, communications, analyst and advisor relationships and sales support road maps for Global 2000 public companies. In prior leadership roles, Mrs. Kubycheck has held senior positions at CIBER, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), and Deutsche Telekom T-Systems. Mrs. Kubycheck holds a MBA with a concentration in marketing from Lewis University and a Bachelors of Arts from Elmhurst College.

George Geno, Vice President of Strategic Sales Support

As Vice President of Strategic Sales Support, Mr. Geno leads the sales support organization for the Indianapolis-based company. His office is responsible for deal qualification, architecting our solutions, and innovative portfolio strategy and Bell Techlogix’s partner eco-system. Over the past 36 years, Mr. Geno has been leading integrated, global sales, architect, consulting and account teams.  Most recently, Mr. Geno was a senior principal at CSC where he defined and lead the development of client IT solutions for CSC’s Strategic Growth Deal team.  In prior leadership roles, Mr. Geno has held executive positions at Unisys and IBM. Mr. Geno holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University.

Jack Mansfield, Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy

As Vice President of Digital Workplace Strategy, Mr. Mansfield works to architect solutions and innovative strategies for current and prospective clients. Throughout his 10+ year career at Bell Techlogix, Mr. Mansfield has been a thought leader in the organization and has been engaged in all facets of delivering service for our clients, from Service Design to Transition, to Service Operations to Continuous Service Improvement and ultimately to Architecting Strategies for the Digital Workplace. Mr. Mansfield holds a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College, where he gained experience in multiple facets of IT operations including development, desktop support, and network infrastructure prior to working for Bell Techlogix.

April H. Paresi, Vice President of Client Services

As Vice President of Client Services, Mrs. Paresi is responsible for Bell Techlogix’s Service Delivery Management and Client relationships for the company.  She comes to the position with over 25 years of experience as a Senior IT Executive responsible for the development, implementation and operations of IT Solutions. Most recently Mrs. Paresi directed the service delivery for a major client at CenturyLink Managed Services.  During her career, she led the development and expansion of ITIL based consulting services at Hewlett Packard. This included building a consulting team and repeatable solutions across people, processes and technology which enabled HP to deliver cost effective and efficient IT Service Management transformations. In other leadership roles, Mrs. Paresi has held positions at CIBER and Kraft Foods.  Mrs. Paresi holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Manhattan College, a BS in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University and a BA in Physics from the State University at Oneonta.

Mark Begle, Controller

As Controller of Bell Techlogix, Mr. Begle oversees all accounting functions for the company.  He joined Bell Techlogix in 1996 as Assistant Controller, and was named Controller in 1999. Previously, Mr. Begle held the position of North American Sales Accounting Manager and Chief Accountant for Lennox Industries in Dallas, TX and Columbus, OH. Prior to joining Lennox, he served as Financial Reporting Manager for Highland Resources in Houston, TX. Mr. Begle holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University.

Kathleen Gilmore, Vice President of Administration and Human Resources

As Vice President of Administration and Human Resources, Mrs. Gilmore is responsible for the development and integration of human resource programs to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. She joined Bell Techlogix in 1995 and brings over 20 years of Human Resources & Organizational Development experience to her role. In addition to her experience in HR & HRD, Mrs. Gilmore has also worked in hospitality, training, and finance. She led her own business practice for 10 years and worked with leading Fortune 500 companies such as Eli Lilly & Co, Dow AgroSciences, and Proctor and Gamble. Mrs. Gilmore is certified in SPHR, SHRP, and SHRM–SCP.  She is also IT Project Management Certified, certified to Train Situational Service and Situational Leadership and is an ISO Quality Auditor.
